When your order has been picked and packed, you will receive a email to confirm that your items are ready for despatch. Please note: Despatch and delivery times are estimates only, but majority of orders arrive within time provided. We will always notify customers if there are any circumstances that may affect these estimated times.

Return Policy

You can return purchased items within 14 days from the day they were delivered.

Returned Products should be sent back to us in original condition, with the original packaging.

All Products are inspected on return. Products returned should not be stained with such as make-up, fake-tan, perfume, deodorant, cologne, etc.

Returned Products must be unworn, unwashed and unused.

We will not accept returned Products that show any signs of having been worn or washed, including where the Products are stained or otherwise marked or damaged.

If a Product is returned to us that has been worn, used, damaged, or is otherwise in an unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse your refund. Alternatively, we reserve the right to reduce your refund value to reflect any reduction in the value of a Product.

In addition to above: Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
